By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

4. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

4.1 When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products under these Terms.

4.2 After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order.

4.3 Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and HUMAN DESIGN CARDS occurs when we dispatch your products and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

4.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. PRICING AND PAYMENT

5.1 All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.

5.2 Prices include VAT where applicable but exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

5.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5.4 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our approved payment methods.

5.5 We use secure payment processing systems. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely.

5.6 If payment is declined or unsuccessful, your order will not be processed.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

6.1 Delivery timeframes vary by destination:

  • United Kingdom: 7-10 business days
  • Europe: 10-15 business days
  • United States & Canada: 10-15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 12-18 business days

6.2 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6.4 You must provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

6.5 If you are not available to receive delivery, the carrier may leave a notice. It is your responsibility to arrange redelivery or collection.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

7.1 Damaged Goods: Returns are free of charge for damaged or defective products. Please contact us at support@humandesigncards.com within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

7.2 Size Exchanges: We offer free exchanges if the size is incorrect. Contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.

7.3 Other Returns: For all other returns:

  • You must contact support@humandesigncards.com to initiate the return process
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • A 30% restocking fee (of the original product price) will be deducted from your refund
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving return authorization
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

7.4 Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or final sale status. These will be clearly marked on the product page.

7.5 Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7.6 Your Consumer Rights: These terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. CONSUMER RIGHTS (UK CUSTOMERS)

8.1 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your products without giving any reason.

8.2 To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by contacting support@humandesigncards.com.

8.3 If you cancel, you must return the products to us without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day you notify us of cancellation.

8.4 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

9.1 All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of HUMAN DESIGN CARDS or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
